Why is it more expensive?
I am looking for a flight to Guatemala City, Guatemala. I live in Kansas but am looking to fly the cheapest from either Dallas, Kansas City or Denver. When I search Denver to GUA, it costs $632, 1 stop in Dallas. When I search from Dallas, it is $781. It is the EXACT flight from the one from Denver. Why would it be more expensive?

It could be because of competition. One airline might be flying from Denver, but several might be competing for the leg from Kansas to Denver. That sometimes happens.

Simple. different airports charge different rates.

Air fares are like hotel rooms, auto parts, and tires. There is no standard price. It's whatever the traffic will pay. You will be sitting next to someone who paid nothing sitting next to someone who paid $200, next to someone who paid $1200. All a crapshoot.

Its because Dallas is much larger than DEN. Bigger airports are more expensive since airlines pay more. For example JFK Airport flights are often more expensive than those on Newark Airport.

idk...but the prices do change bassed on what time you buy the ticket and from where you book the flight!
