Can I take this on an airplaine?
I am taking a flight from Kansas City to Tampa through Southwest Airlines, and I am scared of flying. I am also addicted to chewing tobbaco. Am I allowed to carry Skoal Bandits on an airplaine? of corse I would haave a spit bottle, and I am of age. Would they get confiscated? How do I go about carrying them on if they let me? please help and no smart ass answers please

you can carry chewing tobacco on a plane 2 summers ago i flew to portugal and there was some dude couple of rows in front of me chewing his tobacco spitting into the vomit bag

im a flight at for southwest airlines and no the rule was made because a 40 year old man tryed to get a minor to try it in phx airport so most airlines band it

Well I don't know for sure. But I think the chewing itself probably woudn't be a problem. It's the spit bottle that could alienate the other passengers around you. Please be considerate of others. Most people are not used to sitting next to someone who's spitting tobacco juice into a bottle. Personally, it would freak me out. If you're scared of flying, there are anumber of things you can do. Do not drink any caffeine prior or during the flight. That will get you even more nervous. Some people take a mild sedative prior to flying. It also helps to be a bit tired when you take that flight. That way, you won't be too alert and you might just nap a bit. before you know it, the flight will be over. How long is it from KC to Tampa? I would think about 2 hours or thereabouts? It's not such along flight really. Try for an aisle seat, so you can get up and stretch your legs a bit. That might help too. But please do not use your your chewing tabacco and spit bottle. It just would not be courteous to your seat mate(s). Happy flying and don't be scared!

nope i dont think they allow that. try buying the nicotine gum so you can still have something in your mouth!

It's not that long of a flight. You'll survive. Besides, I know I wouldn't want to be sitting next to you if you were chewing tobacco & spitting it into a bottle. Get some gum & take some Nytol and the flight will pass pretty quickly without the need to chew tobacco.

Most people find it offesive so I'd consider not chewing until you land, bring gum instead. I'd be surprised if they let you use it. Others rights are just as important as yours and you'll find yourself in the minority I'm afraid. Sorry, I know you'd hope you could but you probably can't.

You will be allowed to take them through security. Just put it in your carryon. The airlines have policies against use of tobacco. If you are discreet you won't have a problem though. Get a window seat. Don't use a clear container.

Your a fool! Do you know the consequences of chewing tobacco! I know you can't bring any tobacco at all, cigs, pipes, cigars, etc. You need to stop or else no body is going to sit near by you.
